Retourbeleid – Mousepads4you

Ben je niet tevreden met je bestelling? Dan kun je deze retourneren onder de onderstaande voorwaarden.

Retourtermijn

Je kunt je bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren.

Hoe werkt retourneren?

Stuur binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst een e-mail naar duocreationsshopify@gmail.com met de volgende informatie:

  • Je ordernummer

  • (optioneel) de reden van retour

Je ontvangt binnen 3 werkdagen van ons verdere instructies voor het retourneren.

Verpak het product zorgvuldig en verstuur het volgens de ontvangen instructies.

Voorwaarden

  • Het product moet ongebruikt en onbeschadigd zijn

  • Indien mogelijk dient het product in de originele verpakking te worden geretourneerd

  • Mousepads4you behoudt zich het recht voor om een waardevermindering toe te passen wanneer het product niet in originele staat wordt geretourneerd

Terugbetaling

Zodra Mousepads4you de retourzending heeft ontvangen en gecontroleerd:

  • wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terugbetaald

  • vindt de terugbetaling plaats via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode

Uitzonderingen

De volgende producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd:

  • Producten waarvan de verzegeling is verbroken en die om hygiënische redenen niet retour kunnen

  • Digitale producten

  • Maatwerk of speciaal op bestelling gemaakte producten

Not satisfied with your order? You may return your purchase under the conditions outlined below.

Return period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

How does returning work?

Please send an email within 14 days after delivery to duocreationsshopify@gmail.com including:

  • Your order number

  • (Optional) the reason for return

You will receive further return instructions from us within 3 business days.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged and returned according to the provided instructions.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused and undamaged

  • If possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging

  • Mousepads4you reserves the right to apply a depreciation fee if the product is not returned in its original condition

Refunds

Once Mousepads4you has received and inspected the returned item:

  • the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

  • refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products with broken seals that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Digital products

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
